True for the first part, but when Sasuke charged at Momoshiki with Shunshin, Naruto was running right behind him. He might've stepped ahead, but who knows how much distance he opened. Probably not much since Naruto caught up to Momoshiki just a moment later.

Using a Shunshin doesn't necessarily mean going full speed though. Momoshiki did block their attack even though they attacked together with one blow, who knows what would've happened if one had tried attacking him alone. Attacking him together makes the most sense from the start, and thus they moved towards him in similar speeds so they could land the blow together. Possibly with Naruto holding back.

Well, there is a big difference with the two situations. One of them Momoshiki is meeting their charge head on, ready to take their attack, or even fight back, the other one is Sasuke rushing in to take advantage of Momoshiki's open guard as he still recovers from his previous kick.
