Light years. Naruto's recent arc sucks. For Christ's sake, even Bleach's newest arc kicks the crap out of Naruto's War.

OT: They are both pretty decent but the OP battle was better.

But, you can not compare an arc that is complete to an arc that is just beginning. Kishimoto stated that the war is not even halfway done and new characters will be revealed. Major deaths will occur.

There are plenty of plot points and story left. For example, "that scroll", "the people that know everything(possible god tiers)" and the Sage's backstory and how it connects with the Juubi and Naruto.

My point is that you can't just compare an arc that's just beginning to something that was finished along time ago.

But in terms of war, read the manga kingdom for a real war.
