Naruto vs. Temari (Wind style chakra) !!!!

Hey guys, i simply can't figure it out that who will win if naruto didn't use kyubi chakra in a fight and they both use their wind style jutsu only. Sometimes i think temari wins this but on the other hand naruto is also strong. I'm confused _@:

Temari wins due to versatilaty and experience on the elemental usage.

Naruto has like 1 tech and it harms him when he uses it wo SM/BM etc.

Naruto has the stronger futon but temari has the finnese and versatility. And why restrict sm? That is like restricting the fan for temari.
