From there it's just Naruto vs Sasuke. By feats, Naruto should take this mid diff.
However, Sasuke's had less panel time and I have a feeling he's much stronger than what he's shown so far.
So probably, Naruto vs. Sasuke ends up being a tie or very high diff for either one.
But just by feats, Naruto takes the cake.
