i think they are pretty even... i mean look at there progress in the manga and how they relate to each other... sasuke goes rogue with oro and naruto goes training jariya (sp). sasuke gets MS and naruto gets sage mode. sasuke gets EMS and naruto gets new demon cloak...... so i think they are pretty even... they have progressed together nicely and that fight is gonna be EPIC!!!!!!!!!

it would be an epic showdown, but naruto will win. even with the new demon cloak i think he will revert back to sage mode because i forget the issue and i dont feel like looking cuz its late lol but he said he still has a clone at the toad mountain getting stronger and gathering chakra all the time so once he sucks that clone back up he's gonna go super sayin 4(sorry for the cross over reference haha). Also i think he is gonna end it in true naruto friend fashion, he will whip out that wind shuriken and destroy sasukes chakra paths makin him a normal red eyed person. He has to use it again, even with the risks to him, it was too epic of a technique to stop after pain.

Oro was soft spoken and expert in manipulating as well. A lot of his followers like Kabuto and KImimaru Guren really believed in him as well.
