OT Sasuke and Naruto fought had more destruction than any Hashirama vs Madara fight did and that was with both of them literally exhausted from the war arc.

Naruto's own reserves never replenished, in fact kurama stated their chakra was near exhausted due to the war.

Naruto was fighting for a whole day since they the sun set while sasuke left the cave when all hokages joined the battlefield. So by your logic Sasuke is definitely a fodder because he rested for a half day in cave and in dessert during kaguya's time.
