Naruto relies completely on the Kyuubi's help and his own Senjutsu. Where as Sasuke relies a BIT more one skill.

Reason: Naruto relies too much on chakra. @base Taijutsu they are about equal however Sasuke still has shurikenjutsu, Kunai, his metal strings and his kenjutsu.

I think they are evenly matched.

Sasuke's taijutsu is more proficient in terms of technique while Naruto's taijutsu is physically stronger.

Naruto has more man muscle in his body to tank any hit by a fragile looking Sasuke. Whose ribs would get shattered by a simple misquitto bite. Therefore Naruto wins by default cause he has more stamina in his body.

They were stamina depleted. I believe at full health Sasuke wins, not to mention he has a sword

They're equal in Taijutsu, imo. Sasuke is better with weapons, and Naruto has more stamina. A lot of Sasuke's base speed edge was due to his shunsin, which requires chakra manipulation. I feel VotE2 made it pretty clear that neither has an edge when it comes to basic martial arts.
