Wait, are you trolling? With these restrictions Sasuke stomps low dif. You restricted all of his forms, with the exception of KN4, KN6 ext, but those don't even stand a chance.

Edit: and I'm assuming that by "solo glance" you mean either Genjutsu or Ameno, which either aren't necessary with what Naruto being so heavily restricted...​
