Naruto vs sasuke ?

Sasuke with cs2 can fly and do long.distance moves which naruto isn't as good at
And why is naruto only getting 1 tail who should be allowed to have 3 tails as adult cs2 is better than kid cs2 sasuke.

Because just like sasuke gained more chakra control over his cs2, naruto also got more controll over his 1 tailed form. So he would uttilize the chakra better
