Why didn't Naruto use any of the tailed beast kekai genkai did he lose them or something

He didn't own Sasuke after Sasuke got the tailed beast chakra they were even. Naruto would have owned rinnegan Sasuke thou

Naruto would've wrecked otherwise. Kishi even had to power up Sasuke mid battle just to get Sasuke to question Naruto's seriousness, and then stalemated after having 9 chakra beasts power up his PS.
