Well this is essentially Kyubbi Naruto vs Curse Seal lvl 1 Sasuke so i'll go with curse seal lvl 1 sasuke. He's smarter, faster, stronger, has the sharingan, very adept at ninja tools and has better jutsu.

He was able to summon Bunta, Bunta simply didn't want to help him.
However, there are a few things to consider:
1. He fights a sharingan user - Bunta knows Minato died after fighting one.
2. He's Minato's son and Jiraiya's godson. Bunta wouldn't let him die.
3. Sasuke's CM reeks of Orochimaru's chakra, Jiraiya's arch enemy.
