Sasuke hasn't fought seriously in many chapters so we have no idea of how much he truly improved. The only thing we know is he has had a massive stamina boost (since the reintroduction of Sasuke he has been spamming Susano'o and Amaterasu simultaneously with no problems.) Susano'o feels natural to Sasuke now, so does the use of Enton and Amaterasu. He is pretty deadly in Taijutsu and or Nintaijutsu now that he can wield his own Amaterasu/Enton blade.

We will see his true power soon.
