Who would win in a death match with these restrictions:
Naruto: Only able to use Sage Mode, but learned how to run and gain Nature Chakra.
Sasuke: Able to use Susan'o, but he does not have EMS.

anyway, i say a tie since Naruto has a time limit.

Sasuke can win though. Even if Naruto can use Sennin Mode while running, when it runs off, he'll be exhausted and it'll be some time before he can replenish Sage Mode. Plus, knowing Naruto, if he can run and get Sage Mode, he probably wont even make backup clones. Sasuke can easily take him out with an arrow or Amaterasu during the period where SM wears off

Then again, if Danzo's Wind thing with Baku can tear Susano'o's flesh apart, what can Rasenshuriken do the it?

Naruto in a heart beat. He is in perma-sage mode while Sasuke is using his entire chakra reserves on Susano'o. And remember, Naruto is using Nature chakra not his own. Even after running out of sage mode, which he won't, he would still have his own personal chakra reserves to use up, which are pretty large to begin with.

Remember, Naruto beat Pain without perma-sage mode. MS Sasuke wouldn't have been able to do that.

1. If Pain wanted to, he could have killed Naruto in that fight.

2. It's not Infinite Sage Mode, Senjutsu cannot be replenished while SM is activated, otherwise, Jiraiya could been in Sage Mode for the entire Pein fight due to Pa and Ma staying still on his shoulder when not talking or weaving seals

When SM wears off, the user is left exhausted and it takes some time before they can enter SM by themselves and according to the original post, Naruto doesnt have back-up clones, so he can easily be targeted in that time

sasuke will lose after blocking a few UBBR with susanoo because of the chakra required.

Naruto can use a sealing tech for amaterasu, or the toads can teach him how to use a sealing scroll to seal it, that is unless jiraiya, the person who was his master for years, did not teach him how to is a simplistic one dollar shop fire sealing scroll.
