It's true kirin is powerful, but it takes too much time to do that, and the environment must be good for that too, in the contrary of Narutos power that he could awake in an instant. Also, Naruto could possibly survive that cuz with all the clones, Sasuke couldn't possibly find the real.

I also see draw though but don't forget that a clone base Naruto forced Madara to awake Susanoo here:

1. Kirin only takes time if he needs to do if their are no storm clouds and he needs to make his own. So saying that "the enviroment must be good" for that to happen is false if the enviroment is good naruto is dead.

2. He has no need to find the right naruto with kirin that attacks the whole stage. Even so Madara said that EMS helped him see through Hashi's clones.

- Sasuke must also stay out of the range of Kirin to cast kirin. Don't forget that.

Sasuke needs preparations to make that jutsu to work, he needs to cast some powerful fire techniques to the sky, wait for the atmosphere, while naruto only use hand signs (shadow clones) rasengan everywhere in seconds while others perform fuuton rasen shuriken=== K.O for sasuke, his Kirin is slow in preparations while naruto is faster.

Naruto wins this easily. Restricting his sharingan really puts him at a gigantic loss, while Naruto still has his Kage Bunshin. He can easily make 1,000 clones or Chou Odama Rasengan Barrage, Sasuke has literally no answer to Base Naruto at this point, especially without sharingan.

You know....you guys forget one little detail that everyone is forgetting and its already stated on the manga by kakashi and Jiraiya, Naruto's current chakra (his own chakra of course) is limited because of the nine tails while naruto needs a hugh amount of chakra to surpress it and while he uses his own chakra so he can make multi shadow clones plus rasengan any shape (smaller, big, rasengshuriken,etc) while surpressing the nine tails. kakashi and Jiraiya stated that if naruto didn't had the issue of surpressing kurama's power, his own chakra and strenght will have beign 10x more powerful than he is now with his current chakra, soo sasuke is surely dead if he does not uses susano on naruto he will die for sure!
