Naruto loses all of his techniques and acquires all of Sasuke's doujutsu and techniques.

Sasuke loses all of his doujutsu and techniques and acquires all of Naruto's techniques.

(Kurama is also transferred over.)

kurama being transferred doesnt mean sasuke will manage to control its chakra and who is to say sasuke can overcome kuramas hate and have him as cooperative partner.

Sasuke would kill him. His chakra is strong enough to form an Avatar on par with an Avatar Naruto creates using his + Kurama's chakra. Thus a hypothetical PS from Naruto would be weaker than Sasuke's Kurama Mode.

That's if we ignore Rinnegan/EMS only being at full potential with an Uchiha who awakened them, and the possibility that Kurama might not want to cooperate with Sasuke.

Sasuke wins low diff. Naruto only gains precognition which is useless in the face of a PS. Kurama is also pretty much useless to Sasuke if he will refuse cooperation. Unless both have prior training to acquaint w/ with their powers, Sasuke takes this w/ Perfect Susanoo.

Sasuke, I suppose, because he's better at the only unaltered aspect--taijutsu. They'd both be absolute trash overall, though. Like an RPG build with all points in strength/endurance armed only with a wand and an old spell book. I mean, you could theoretically still hit someone with the book, but...
