Dude don't blame everything on plot... We have never seen sasuke combine lightning and enton so we can't say for sure that he can besides naruto isn't using the other bijuus powers...he's only using kurama

go and read again about what element of that black ball is throwing at sasuke right now. And stop blaming plot, if plot say sasuke fail mean he will fail, that is how the story goes, i never see people like you complain about why plot make naruto looks inferior to sauce inthe begining...
