The fight might be similar to Naruto vs Sasuke in the hospital.

Sakura maybe will jump again between they, and stop them to clash.

After kill Sakura, Naruto can realize that his way of bringing peace was wrong.

Naruto will also realize that if he was following Sasuke way such things would not happened.

This end is also hinted by lack of Sakura confirm from upcoming movie, Naruto not being leader, and Sasuke being a leader as he has people to protect.
