The only trouble Naruto would have is Amaterasu, he has to constantly be moving in order to dodge it.

It took years if not decades for Madara to actually unlock the Rinnegan after implanting Hashirama's cells. As for wood release, look at Obito who is essentially half Senju and yet pales in comparison to Hashirama in terms of Wood Style. Having DNA =/= Having skill with the KKG.
