[VS] Naruto vs Sasuke VOTE 1 but with rules

In this scenario both Naruto and Sasuke are their VOTE 1 selves, but with rules such as these:

- Both are going all out, not holding back
- No Curse Mark and no Kurama chakra at all
- Sasuke has 3 Tomoe Sharingan

In this fight they both all out and outside source power such as CM and Kurama chakra of any kind can’t be used at all. Who would win in this fight?

Naruto isnt fast enough and Sharingan counters everything Naruto got - excluding the genjutsu since Sasuke never used it on Naruto for plot reasons.

Fire style's would destroy the clones , so thats pretty much it.

Had Naruto had Clones + Kurama Chakra I'd give him the win
