Naruto vs Sasuke to continue in "The Last"??

Once Naruto versus Sasuke is concluded, there will be no more story. It's likely their conflict will continue past the fight in the manga into the movie.

The fight is definitely gonna be lame if the manga is ending in 5 chapters.Also we have seen how each characters look after the time skip(The Last Movie sketches).This means the fight and the IT gets dispelled in 5 chapters.I hope Kishi does justice to it.

Imo the fight may continue in the movie as Sasuke looks rogue.

You guys, I believe Sasuke will have to kill Naruto if we want the story to end. Sasuke will gain his final Sharingan, use the ten tails to create a new tsukyomi reality in which Naruto lives, then using his chakra, he will transfer all of that existence into reality by given Naruto his Chakra and creating an inbreakable balance where everyone has no clue about the uchiha and Naruto is the leader of an entire Ninja world. Because Sasuke has to "Endure a burden" which his true purpose to the Ninja world was what a true leader would do. He MUST kill Naruto in order to restore the world to balance. Without the sharingan, Sasuke will not be able to initiate the final stage of his true purpose.

Well with the announcement of the manga ending in only 5 weeks, this is the only theory I can think of... I simply do not see how they can wrap this up so fast without leaving more to be desired.

What do you say they will do?

edit: A theory I saw on another forum thinks that the Hashirama and Madara parallel will continue... I like this idea because it could easily fit. Things could end up peaceful, and then go downhill in the movie again similar to Madara's story, before finally being resolved for good.

I feel like one chapter might be like 50 pages long, like they do at the beginning of mangas.

That really does not matter much, even with the extras there is still no way to have a good ending with this limit of 5 chapters.

Do not worry guys the fight will be over just like minato(naruto) vs obito(sasuke) ie in 5 secs, so that wont take much chapters.

How exactly are Naruto and Sasuke going to fight one another without someone dying with such a deadly arsenal between them? If any of Naruto/Sasuke's moves connect with one another (barring rasengan and some random katon jutsu) it's mostly likely going to end in someone dying.

True. They would just ruin the characters. But hey in comics that happens so why not in Anime?

Here is how the last 5 chapters should go
1. Naruto Beats Sasuke.
2. They release IT
3. Naruto and Hinata get married
4. 3 year time skip, Tsunade resigns and leaves Kakashi as Hokage. (This is also the time the movie should take place)
5. 10 year time skip Naruto has Children and Kakashi decided to change the Kage rules to a presidency execpt with 20 year rule, manga end.

Obviously other evens tie up in those chapters, but my point is that Kishi need to tie up all loose ends before the series ends. Ashura and Indra, Hamura, Naruto promising to change the Hyuuga (hint hint, hinata), Naruto/Sasuke promising to change the ninja system, the tailed beasts, orochimaru and kabuto, gaara and his village, what will the countries do about sasuke (possibly pardon his cirminal history since he helped nartuto save the world), konohamaru, naruto and sasuke still being genin even though they individually solo the entire NV, showing Asuma's child, annoucing the death of the people that were in the HQ back to the leaf, I mean there is a sh!t ton of things that need to be tied up and if it happens in 5 weeks thats fine, but i dont think anyone wants the manga to end and none of the loose ends being tied up and having to wait til the movie comes out and is translated (for people that dont speak the natve tongue).

I can't help but think it will end in a clash of some sort at this point, leading to the last like you said. Even then though I feel the readers are still being snubbed, assuming Kishi doesn't tie up all these loose ends he's create with a mere 5 chapters to go, most of which we expect to be action packed, leaving nothing left for the developement of other characters which is safe to assume they get out of ET seeing as Hinata (and Shikumaru?) are in the latest The Last pictures. I guess my main concern is does ET get released before or after The Last? If before I have to imagine Naruto "wins" but doesn't mean Sasuke becomes a vigilante of sorts after his defeat.
