It was a weird ending overall, one of the best actually, but what really spiked my intrest was when Naruto used a regular rasengan to battle sasuke's enton-chidori. Does that mean Rasengan is stronger than its variants?
There is a lot to be said on Sasuke's side, in which he could of 'maybe' absorbed the Rasengan and then continued to use his Enton/Chidori combo.
But on Naruto's side, it seemed as when they clashed he wasn't using his strongest Rasengan variant meaning if he wanted to, Sasuke would of been obiliterated by something way stronger than what can be produced by a regular Rasengan. Meaning, what? Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke so he purposedly lowered his rasengan form into a less threatening blow (Let's not even mention that Sasuke absorbed his chakra prior ... )
The real winner here is Naruto, without being baised or whatnot. I wrote more for Naruto for reasons, as it was shown in plain text and art form.
The fights before with Naruto/Sasuke have never been true fights. The people who tarnish Sasuke's name saying 4 - 1 or whatever they say now, are really just making Sasuke look worse than he was being portayed. Sasuke even claimed that he was jealous of Naruto because he walked in path farther ahead than what he could reach, aka Hashirama to Madara. No reason to hide the context clues, use common sense.
Kishimoto has ended Naruto vs. Sasuke on a 1 - 1
The first fight at the Valley of the End, when Naruto was unconscious and Sasuke left with a wound. That, there was a fight.
The second at the Valley of the End, both barely conscious with either their left or right arm missing. Sasuke said he "lost" but do you know why he said that? Its because he understands Naruto now, throughout every endeavour of the series Naruto never gave up on his bestfriend, that compassion, that love, that harden resolve kept Naruto going forward while Sasuke hid in the darkness. Naruto finally opened his eyes without using BRUTE FORCE (Not saying he was going easy, but on the same lines of Sasuke trying to kill Naruto). Naruto could of decided to kill Sasuke and went on a full rage mode and this battle defintely would have turned out differently.
Naruto won not only through strength, but won over Sasuke's true feelings and probably changed all of his spiteful attributes he carried all these years. That's why the battle is 1 - 1, because it shows that you don't need to kill you're friend to end this "Brothers fued."
Naruto has shown us ... In the first battle (Yin - defeat; Meaning Naruto almost got killed, but Sasuke decided not to) ... and the second battle (Yang - Defeat; Meaning Sasuke was beaten through feelings instead of trying to kill him for good)
Through this balance, through this story, and by God has Kishi shown us the true power of Yin/Yang. Every action has a re-action, every good has a evil. Now balance is shown, and we can wait to see the future.
PS; The title has "Draw" in it for the 1 - 1 if anyone was wondering.
