He's more skilled period. The only things that give Naruto the win in his upper forms are added abilities or physical boosts.

Sage Mode- Frog Kata, enhanced durability and strength give him the win in a Taijutsu fight. Also enhanced reactions due to Sage Mode.

KCM/BM/RSM- Enhanced durability (super powerful kicks from Han don't even seriously injure him, normal hits won't do anything significant) and enhanced strength. Along with enhanced speed and reactions.

Last time I check that was mostly kenjutsu... After training with Jiraiya they are equal. Especially if Sasuke isn't using his Sharingan. Both suck at taijutsu in their base form. With sharingan and frog kumite, they can take on anyone hand to hand.

Only way Naruto wins is through SM. Sasuke is better in CQC always has always will.

Best feat without sharingan was when he overwhelmed the sound 4 in a taijutsu scuffle.

He's also known martial arts longer than Naruto and mimicked some of Lee's moves.

last I checked, it still took amazing agility and precision that naruto has never shown.

unless you mean fineness i might agree. strength and speed are part of taijutsu you cant separaten

I think you guys are underestimating Naruto's Taijutsu skill.
