Here are a few reasons as to why I think so.
1. They'll both die
2. Naruto and Sasuke know that through the generations, Indra and Ashura have technically been fighting nonstop which has lead to wars, and the current situation. Naruto wants to break the cycle of hatred, and Sasuke wants to prevent anything like what has happened his generation from happening ever again. By doing so, they will have to break the cycle by not fighting against eachother, but by working together to achive peace. As Madara once quoted, "when two opposing forces join together, then can true happiness be found."
3.In alot of shonen Manga, rematches between rivals are ALWAYS forshadowed but dont always come into play. DBZ for example, Goku and Vegeta's fight was so long overdue, I mean yea, it eventually happened, but at the time, it was very shocking to see the turn of events that lead to it, i think by the time majin vegeta came around, everyone was already over the rematch. YuYu Hakusho, Usuke and Hei were supposed to have a rematch, but thanks to certain events, they ended up fighting alongside eachother. There are many other examples of rivals eventually coming to terms by working together.
4. Predictable. If they do fight, it will be predicted, one thing naruto is good at is twists, especially twists that the fanbase usually hates, in this case, naruto and sasuke not fighting again is going to be hated.
5. Last but not least. It would be pointless. They are going to have to use their best techs to fight Madara now. So if they fight eachother after, it would kind of be a waste of time and panel, because there will be nothing we havent already seen. They'll just be using the same attacks we have already seen, over and over.
