Naruto vs Sasuke(Read conditions)

Restrictions: We're talking about base Naruto. He can't use SM or KM, or BM, but if needed, he can use Kyubis chakra(like against Madara) but he doesn't transform himself. He can only use Kyubi's chakra when it's needed.
Sasuke is at full power(so he can use EMS jutsus)

PS: Don't underestimate Base Naruto which clone was even able to push Madara to use Susanoo and almost killed him. Personaly i think that under certain circumstances, base Naruto is stronger than SM Naruto. Just see it. SM Naruto couldn't beat Deva, but base Naruto managed to do it.

It depends. Naruto could pull it off, but it'd be very difficult because of Susano'o.

I understand the point of the thread and as much as I'd like to say Naruto wins to prove the what-I-expect-to-be vast, vast majority who's on Sasuke's side wrong, Sasuke probably wins in the end.

However, Base Naruto is probably more around Sasuke's level than any of Naruto's other upgraded versions considering Naruto is so hax at this point.

It'd be a close fight but I have trouble seeing him getting past Susano'o even with Chou Odama Rasengan Barrages and Sasuke can sit inside and do what he does best, spam.

Naruto could win though, if he pulls it off right

Naruto can spamm clones and attack with Chou Odama Rasengans barrages like you said, and i don't see Sasuke lasting long even with Susanoo. We're talking about something that even hardly touched the Kyubi himself. With his chakra, clones and jutsu, he could overwhelm Sasuke. Amaterasu, or Susanoo arrows will be only a waste of chakra against all these clones, and i don't even think he will try to use them(especially arrows) or it could be really ridiculous. He can spamm Amaterasu though and expect touching the real Naruto, but he could run out of chakra before Naruto, and like i've said, if it's needed, Naruto can take a little bit of Kyubis chakra. Sasuke will have to be really clever to win like CS Sasuke for example.

The problem i'm trying to tell you here is that Sasuke uses Susanoo even against fodders(Zetsu for example). He is not like CS Sasuke anymore, who was really clever and not wasting chakra when he fights. So i see him using Susanoo and he will lose at spamming cuz Naruto has much more chakra than him. I think Sasuke doesn't even know how to fight without Susanoo anymore cuz he has the bad habit to use Susanoo even when it's not needed. A CS Sasuke for example could have better chance to beat base Naruto from my point of vue even if i see him losing(but it will be though). But even then, base Naruto is stronger than the one he met at the begin of Shipuden. Base Naruto was able to destroy 2hearts from Kakuzu, to beat Deva(the strongest Pain), to push Madara to use Susanoo to protect himself(and that was even a clone, so not his real power). He could really be dangerous for Sasuke. He is much more powerful.
