Sasuke won in canon. If Gamabunta is willing to help Naruto though (Doubt it given his attitude when he summoned him vs. Shukaku) then he wins.

If Naruto makes it to the 4th Tail, which he most likely will, he dominates.

Can go either way if Naruto doesn't go KN6, cause if he does Sasuke dies a horrible death. MS Sasuke beats Pain Arc Naruto w/ access to his Armored Susanoo.

These fights are the hardest to judge. I'd assume that the gap between Sasuke's KCC PS (Not including Senjutsu) and Madara's PS would have the same gap that Sasuke's KCC Complete Susanoo and Madara's Complete Susanoo had.
