[Theory] Naruto VS Sasuke - Not Happening!

I don't think this inevitable fight that we are all waiting so passionately for is going to happen anymore. But...

1. Didn't Naruto say, next time they meet they will fight?

Take a look at the current situation of the war, why would Sasuke want to fight Naruto at a time like this? Since there last meeting I believe Sasukes intentions and ambitions have changed ever since his reunion with Itachi.

2. What about the toad sage predicting a fight with a young man with special eyes?

As some of you predicted before, this could be Obito. Compared to the toad sage Obito is indeed young. Late twenties to early thirties is still young. In early Shippuden when Naruto told Kakashi that he might be stronger than him now, Kakashi replied by saying he is still young and still has more to learn.

3. What about Kishi mentioning a fight between the two in an interveiw?

Kishi didn't say there is definitely going to be a fight. If I remember clearly (correct me if I'm wrong) he said the series might end after the war with a climatic fight OR probably with Naruto fighting Sasuke. He wasn't certain about the Naruto vs Sasuke. I believe his climatic fight is the Obito and Madara vs Naruto and co. that he even mentioned himself on the last page of the latest manga. Series' end in a climax, the climatic fight would be the last fight i.e. Obito and Madara vs Naruto and co.


If anything I think Sasuke is going to fight with Naruto side by side instead of against him. Climatic fight Naruto and Sasuke vs Obito and Madara.

It depends who Sasuke goes to see with Orochimaru, and what the results of that meeting are. After meeting Itachi, it definitely seems like Sasuke has calmed down a little bit and may be a little bit more reasonable with respect to Naruto and even Konoha.

Let's say that Sasuke goes to meet some people like Homura and Koharu, the two remaining village elders from Konoha who know the truth about Itachi (this is just a random guess). The only thing they would really be able to do is confirm Itachi's story, but they could also say some things to make Itachi more or less angry.

Let's say instead that Sasuke/Orochimaru use Edo Tensei (or whatever jutsu is on that scroll) to resurrect Sasuke's parents. His parents instead talk about why they were planning the coup, and why they allowed Itachi to kill them. Again, this could make Sasuke more angry if his parents act like victims, or less angry if they act a little bit more gracious.

If the people they are going to see really piss Sasuke off, he'll come back to fight Naruto and in the process team up with Obito and Madara. If the people calm him down more, he'll come back to defend the world against Obito/Madara and team up with Naruto instead. The first path is one where we see that final battle between Naruto and Sasuke that everybody wants. The second path, as I've said before, is the only path where Sasuke can be redeemed and the Uchiha name can be truly cleansed.

Yes, this does make sense. I wish Naruto hadn't cut him off before he had finished. Arguably, Obito's eyes are a little bit more "special" than Sasuke's eyes are right now (EMS vs Kamui MS + Rinnegan). Clearly Madara isn't a "young man" by any stretch of the imagination, although Obito isn't as young as Sasuke is either. It's hard to tell.

Yes, this does make sense. I wish Naruto hadn't cut him off before he had finished. OT: I like your theory and I think it's very plausible. I'm actually not that interested in Sasuke V.S. Naruto. At the moment, it would be unreasonable if such a fight occured at all, seeing as how Naruto and Sasuke are both busy doing other things and how Sasuke is interested in Oro and the scroll and not fighting Naruto right now. But anyways, I'd rather see Sasuke help Naruto rather than to fight him.

my question;

1. Naruto said they will both die. Do you think they will both die in the hands of madara? or obito?. I think they will be fighting each other and not die. As tobi said before.... sasuke as uchiha and naruto as senju. They will continue the fight between the uchiha and senju. How this uchiha vs senju will end? it depends on naruto and sasuke.

2. The young man with special eyes whom do you think is more special in terms of eyes is it obito or sasuke? In terms of age sasuke and obito can be considered young but how about their eyes? do you think tobi's eyes is more special than sasuke? that's why naruto will bypass sasuke because his eyes is not so special/powerful compared to obito?

3. Kishi is a writer why will he tell that naruto and sasuke will fight at the end of the series? he only makes as all the readers guess/suspense what will happen next. Same what he did to tobi's identity.

I'm also thinking that naruto will fight side by side with sasuke but he will also definitely fight sasuke.

i prefer that the sasuke and naruto fight take place. i just feel that both of them have unresolved issues with one another, and im certain naruto wants to prove that hes stronger than sasuke, while sasuke wants to show him up. with naruto being the protagonist of the series and sasuke being his main rival, it would be akward for them not to fight after so many scuffles with each other. one last fight would determine whos truly stronger, it would be entertaining for fans, and would most likely force them to acknowledge the other.

• You yourself say this battle will be done after everything is settled and that their fight will not be influenced by the actions of Tobi, Madara or Oro, but this isn't what the thread creator is talking about. He is talking about Naruto either fighting Madara and Tobi with Sasuke at his side, redeeming Sasuke, or probably fighting Sasuke. Even if Sasuke fights Tobi alongside Naruto, he and Naruto could still fight AFTER the war to see who's stronger.

I would be uninterested in seeing a fight between Naruto & Sasuke.. we are already witnessing The Gods Madara & Obito vs Naruto so seeing Naruto & Sasuke would just be some extra bull shiz, their first fight wasn't all that to begin with.
