The Naruto in this is the Naruto we see right at the start of shippuden.

Other: Remember, Sasuke has the three tamoe sharingan, he unlocked it/ first used it when he fought Naruto at the final valley.

Restrictions: Naruto can only go to one tail cloak.

Naruto showed no real powerups from the training with Jiraiya, apart from new clothes and a new Sexy Jutsu And Giant Rasengan.

Correction: V1 1TD Naruto was stronger than Base Sasuke, but the latter was relatively equal in his CS2 state.

Overall, Naruto and Sasuke were more or less equal in that fight and this scenario comes down to the advantage of Sasuke having 3T off the bat against Naruto's improvement during the timeskip.

I have to agree that Naruto is being underestimated though, his additional experience and skills, plus his further developed chakra capacity and heightened stamina give Naruto the win.

I'm going to say this is a mid-high diff match for Naruto.

They were on par at VoTE, and despite not learning anything new besides Oodama Rasengan, I think we can all agree Shippuden Naruto is well above Part 1 Naruto...

How is Sasuke superior in taijutsu? 1 Tailed Naruto's Taijutsu is pretty damn good.
