What? RSM Cloak is Hagoromo's senjutsu, and it was influced with Kurama's chakra. Hence the shape, form, and color of the chakra itself. To use their power they had to give it to him in some way. Unless you are going to type away with a straight-face and tell me that BM Kurama + Bijuudama are created with Tailed Beasts other than Kurama. Then I must say, I am ashamed.

Rikudo Senjutsu is basically came from Juubi in the begin with. I don't remember Obito receiving any chakra from Hagoromo, yet he still had that RSM cloak after he became JJ. That RSM cloak represents all of bijuus chakra being in the same person.

Correct. Rikudou Senjutsu came from being the Juubi host (well it is not confirmed, but it makes the most sense). No, no. Hagoromo's senjutsu which was given to Naruto at the meeting, he was performing the same way in his base Rikudou Mode (Think back to YRS he used in Base Rikudou). It was later enhanced by Kurama:

As the other KCM/BM forms do the same. Hagoromo's senjutsu does not need an activation for it to work, and the cloak itself is served as a basis between Hagoromo's senjutsu + Tailed Beast power (which Kurama comes in from the link to enhance it's power).

As why the Tailed Beast have to send their chakra to Naruto in the future variants of their power, or enhancements to his own body (or chakra - Boiling point for example).

But never the less that Cloak Form which we might call Juubi mode, Rikudo Mode, RSM or whatever essentially the same thing. It is the combination of all bijuus along with natural energy. If he wasn't using others chakra his chakra cloak would look different and he wouldn't used TSB at all.

We are on the same page but there is one piece of consusion. It was never stated that the Tailed Beast make up the form, but rather Hagoromo's senjutsu when amplified with Kyuubi's chakra give off the RSM.

You see when a JJ Jin or in this case had the cloak, or some sort of Rikudou Mode. They had the Tailed Beast right? In Naruto's case, what does he have that, so that he does not become a Juubi Jin? Hagoromo's senjutsu.

That is the clear link to his powers and everything else.
