How about just neither of them using Bijuu? I mean Sasuke has EMS and rinnegan because of Itachi, I think that's already unfair. And Naruto just needs one kurama to beat him

Genjutsu is a Rinnegan power and Naruto had other bijuus that could help him as well. Besides Itachi isn't alive to feed Sasuke intel and develop strategies either. They both used their powers but Naruto was the only one who actually had an extra set of hands while fighting.

By your logic Naruto has Kyuubi because Minato sealed it to him. Naruto defeated Kyuubi because Kushina helped him. He got other half of the Kyuubi because Obito sealed it into him. They're evenly matched, Sasuke's Preta counters most of Naruto's jutsus while Naruto's SM gives him the ability to counter Sasuke's RinneBlitz. Sasuke has hax genjutsu, Naruto's bijuus allows him free passage.
