I see what you mean... But I don't think he will win, they'll tie.
Remember when we all thought he was the sages reincarnation?
That's when he had a focal point. But then it was revealed that they were both reincarnated of the sons. This to me only happened to put sasuke on equal terms with naruto, and if you look, they have been treated as absolute equals by plot the whole time.
This is why I think they will tie. They will finally understand each other.
