Naruto vs Sasuke final fight will happen

I believe it will happen because it had been foreshadowed long time ago.

First, it was Obito's talk to Naruto.

Then we got Gamamaru's prophecy.

People might say that the "young man with great powers in his eyes" that Gamamaru said was Obito, but I doubt it.

The way he said that, it's like Naruto will be having a 1 on 1 fight with this young man. He wasn't alone fighting Obito, it was a collective effort.

And Obito isn't a young man right? He's like 30 years old or something.

But maybe if anybody has the viz scan of this page, I wanna see it to make it clearer.

There is a specific conflict of interest between them...being Hokage. So after they finish fighting Madara, like Dre Sama suggested, there would likely be a non-lethal fight between them--all of this in order to prove to one another who is more suited to lead the village.

Out of the possible villains, we have an Old Man, a Snake, an Old Woman, and a Young Man with great power in his eyes...

I honestly don't see this fight happening anymore. What would be the purpose? Both Naruto and Sasuke have met the SO6P who basically told them to settle their differences and work together, and to make sure that they did the Sage gave them some of his power. If you think about it, all of the prophecies have come true already. The toad spoke of a young man with great power in his eyes. Naruto fought Obito and saved him from his own darkness. That prophecy has been completed. When Naruto told Sasuke the next time they fought they'd both die, that "prophecy" has already been completed when Madara killed them both. There is no reason at all anymore for the two to fight as it would completely defeat the purpose of both this war and the Sage talking to both of them and giving them his power.

The manga didn't show what's Sasuke's answer. Why is it? It might be something to do with Naruto and Sasuke having conflict after this.

Hagoromo entrusted Sasuke too because he thought that the way he kinda ignored Indra had made things worse. So this time, he believed that by entrusting both the reincarnations, the outcome will be good. Maybe he just hoped that Naruto and Sasuke will come to terms with each other knowing that both of them have been trusted by Hagoromo.

But it may not be that easy. We'll see what's coming next.
