I would assume so, just based on sheer power and magnitude of the attack.

Also some would argue that "pure chakra" > elemetal ninjutsu, though the "physics" of it all is really up in the air and totally debateable.

the susanoo arrows momentum is too underrated !

i don't think it's only a normal Ninjutsu Based attack , i mean the black flames and the arrow momentum _ which is underrated _ won't be easily beaten !
