Try using logic.Sakura was once again busy healing someone else,Naruto,the man Hero/fighter of the Shinobi Alliance,then out of nowhere Minato comes out of nowhere which surprised her.

Vanished is more than enough. They are all there, firguring out his teleportation through many attack, with some attack that is impossible to avoid + "vanish" quote and many confirm before she able to tell how it works.
