Let us assume by some cause or reason (be it any rewriting, imagination, etc...) Naruto had the byakugan in Part one and was still an outcast and a Jinjuriki.
- Let us also assume that all the events in his life still occurred in one way or form to the point were Naruto and Sasuke eventually clashed in the Valley of the End, exactly like the end of part one.
- Let us also assume Naruto knows how to use gentle fist as well as his byakugan but refrains from doing so until he activates his 1 tail Kyuubi cloak.
Now let us stop right there for a second.
We all know the famous panels of Kaguya solo'ing PS with a barrage of vaccum palms
The chakra of the Juubi was all that was needed. The RinneSharingan did not contribute/was not used when Kaguya attacked PS. She does use it for other moves in their fight but her attack was solely based on the vast amount of chakra she possessed and her byakugan/gentle fist. You must be registered for see imagesYou must be registered for see images
Why am I bringing this up you ask? Well I want to take away two things from it.
FIRST, POWER!
Kaguya was able to do that with close reserves of a 10 tail beast so we must try and compare that with a more smaller amount of chakra.
Okay let us examine a specimen...
Hyuga is given Kyuubi chakra.

She used the vacuum palm...

With a sliver of some Kuruma Chakra a vacuum palm was able to cause massive force against one of the 10 tails hand/tails.
Why does that matter you ask?
Well by itself against final PS it really doesn't seeing as powered chakra attacks are a dime of a dozen as long as you have a ton of chakra or some KKG at your disposal
For Sasuke the power of the barraged Vaccum palms wasn't the problem but rather something else seeing as he did fine with similar chakra based fist'o'cuffs against Naruto in the Final battle...

The problem was...
SECOND, SPEED!
Let us examine what the vacuum palm really is...

Here it is stated that the victim of the said attacked falls victim to it before they even realized. Its speed is KEY, without it the attack could likely be countered in some way which would've given Sasuke and his PS a chance.
Now then let us get back to PART 1. Naruto with the ability to use the kyubi cloak gave him the ability to make chakra limbs, each with their own erratic intent.
This was fine against Sasuke in some case but Sasuke with his 3 Tomoe could try his best to run and counter the attack, even with Ninjitsu.

Naruto also had some chakra based wind/force like attack like the vacuum palm or the shinra tensei...

but compared to the specimen above, the Hyuga girl, the efficiency of the attack was not on par as the Kyuubi cloaked vacuum palm. (and I doubt his air pressure attack would be able to be on par with it even if he did use the one tailed kyuubi cloak).
In conclusion with Naruto possessing the byakugan and also having the ability to use gentle fist, particularly the vacuum palm I believe the battle would've of been overly one sided in Naruto's favour.
Sasuke wouldn't be able to even blink before being tossed into a neighboring mountain and eventually dying.
