First off Sasuke has trained for his moves. Sasuke has trained extremely hard since he was a child. His goals for training were to surpass his brother to be acknowledged, than surpass his brother to kill him and now it's to destroy naruto and the leaf.
Sasuke gained many of his skills through training with Kakashi, oro and by himself. Though it doesn't seem like training because Sasuke naturally looks cool and flawless whenever he fights. And that's the thing is that Sasuke was a natural born genius.
His sharingans are inherited but just cuz your born with something doesn't mean you don't practice to be good at it. Just a few chapters ago we saw Sasuke training with his new eyes agaisnt a Zetsu.
Sasuke did not get Amaterasu from implants. Itachi implanted his eye power in Sasuke for only one purpose- to activate on the site of Madaras eyes to kill Madara. Proof is the fact that Sasukes eye resembled itachi's ms when it happened. The Amaterasu Sasuke used after that was his own power- proof is that Sasukes ms was his own pattern and not itachis.
Sasuke can use tsukiyomi. He used it on bee and it was not successful. He also used it on Danzo which was also unsuccessful. But Sasuke has and can use tsukiyomi.
Sasunoo and the jutsu combination of sasunoo and Amaterasu is Sasukes on powers and skills. Not even Itachi was skilled to cobined the 2.
Now naruto tbb- you made a good point that we can't tell if he will have it ready for Sasuke or Madara but IMO naruto doesn't need tbb to beat Sasuke. Naruto has showned great speed, power, stamina and intelligence throughout the whole manga and especially during the war. He's surpassed all his predecessors and overcame all the odds. Whatever Sasuke has up his sleeves naruto is sure to find a way to counter it.
Besides sasunoo takes away waaaaay too much chakra. Sasuke will not last a drawn out fight with naruto who has not only his own vast amount of chakra reserves, but also infinite chakra from nature (sage) and tailed beast proportion reserves (kyuubi)
