Naruto before Jiraiya's death vs. Sasuke before Itachi's death?

IMO this is the my best Q on here thus far!

They are fighting in Turtle Island, basic Intel of each other, but none know about their secret jutsu: Sasuke's Kirin, Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

Naruto was reluctant to fight, he isn't in this situation. Plus, during their altercation he didn't know his affinity and have more varieties of Rasengan. I think it's really close though.

Kirin & Rasenshuriken have the same destructive feats, but the edge would go to Naruto because wind > lightning, but Sasuke was 10x [sarcastic] faster than Naruto at that time, so I doubt he would get his technique off. You're extremely underrating Naruto though.

I said before Jiraiya's death.. He mastered wind & Rasenshuriken before that; Kakuzu & Hidan arc was before Infiltration of Hidden Rain Village.

before jiraiya's death = from when naruto was born to 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 second before jiraiya died....or what about if jiraiya is still alive?
