How do you think it will go down?

Will Sasuke immediately attack Naruto once all other threats are dealt with?

Will Sasuke attempt to reason with Naruto and convince him that killing Kurama is for the greater good?

Will Sasuke try to be sneaky and kill Naruto in the middle of the war?

Personally, I think Naruto senses what Sasuke wants and will attempt to deal with him one-on-one without letting the rest of the Shinobi World be involved. They'll disappear to some remote location and duke it out, each one harboring a sort of understanding and respect for each other. Although I do think Sasuke is extremist in his views, I think he knows better than to attempt to murder a hero in front of everyone who has grown to adore him. And of course, Naruto cares too much about Sasuke to let him bear the burden of his hatred alone.

(As another side note, both Naruto and Sasuke would be terrible characters without each other, so please stop with the favoritism and all that other nonsense. Their entire yin-yang relationship depends on the duality of their characters.)

I believe it'll start similar to how their fight on the rooftop started.

Naruto wouldn't be half as popular as he is now if not for a mirror character to compare his strengths to. The entire reason he is the character he is today is because he's made Sasuke his rival. Otherwise, he'd be about as interesting as Killer B.

Sasuke be flipfloping. This guy just can't make his mind up. Itachi's brilliant idea of showing him memories of massacring the Uchiha clan for 72 hours has clearly made him retarded.

After it all, they will decide what is to be done with the Juubi. Sasuke is going to be all "Let's burn it down, delete the past," and want to prevent the Tailed Beasts from creating another hostile balance of powers, and Naruto will want to separate the Bijuu's and be their friends.

Then Naruto will get flashbacks about how Obito said in the end he would bring them against each other.

#2 is out of the quiestion since they are practicly friends . The other points do make sence though.
