How do you think it will go down?
Will Sasuke immediately attack Naruto once all other threats are dealt with?
Will Sasuke attempt to reason with Naruto and convince him that killing Kurama is for the greater good?
Will Sasuke try to be sneaky and kill Naruto in the middle of the war?
Personally, I think Naruto senses what Sasuke wants and will attempt to deal with him one-on-one without letting the rest of the Shinobi World be involved. They'll disappear to some remote location and duke it out, each one harboring a sort of understanding and respect for each other. Although I do think Sasuke is extremist in his views, I think he knows better than to attempt to murder a hero in front of everyone who has grown to adore him. And of course, Naruto cares too much about Sasuke to let him bear the burden of his hatred alone.
(As another side note, both Naruto and Sasuke would be terrible characters without each other, so please stop with the favoritism and all that other nonsense. Their entire yin-yang relationship depends on the duality of their characters.)
