Many people were claiming that Sakura was stronger than Naruto in the beginning of Shippuden, but I don't know if this is true so I want to make a fight out of it.

Location: Sasori vs. Chiyo and Sakura

Distance: Same distance as Sakura and Chiyo vs. Sasori fight

Intel: None

Restrictions: No, Kyubi interference or Kyubi chakra, No summoning's, which means no Gamabunta or Katsuyu.

State of Mind: Out of Character

Intent: To kill

Are you serious ? Analaysed kakashi ? His weakness was spoiling the book he read (since naruto was with jiraya and have all the copys before kakashi) that does not count as better than sakura .
