For everyone saying Hashirama can supress the nine tails I believe it has to be wild for him to do it, but if not he needs to touch him and IMO Naruto is too fast... remember his speed is on par with minato WITH FTG. (The raikage was said to be almost as fast as minato and Naruto was able to get past him)
