Not really. Genjutsu wont work on him because of the bijuus within Naruto. Ninjutsu wont work either due to the fact that he has the truth seeking balls. Furthermore he would obliterate them all. I doubt any of them can handle the power of 4 bijuus at once let alone 9. Narutos sage mode is also greater and more powerful than hashiramas.
So logically Naruto wins this fight.

Fact is, I was very generous for Hashiramas team. Hes much stronger than Pain or Itachi, but hes definietly weaker than current Naruto. Three dogs vs bear? Scratch that. It would be two households cats and one dog against a bear. Either way, Naruto takes this.
