Naruto would win, without KM he was able to defeat nagato who is stronger than orochi. But dont get me wrong Orochimaru was a beast in full health before Sarutobi screw his arms. Sage mode would be enough i guess.

FYI naruto didn't defeat Pain, pain was soft he could have been defeated naruto but held back, since they need him alive. But I agree with everything else for the most part

only way i see naruto winning is if oro can not use the edos kabuto did because if he can noone could beat him one on one

It takes something to kill Orochimaru, but he can't revive himself without chakra vessels. A rasenshuriken will end him, and naruto can spam those.
