No, he beats both in both scenarios.

Not sure what blitz you are talking about, but neither Naruto blitzes either Madara in any of the scenarios.

-JJ Madara reacts and blocks with PS, and even if Naruto manages to land a hit it's healed from and then PS comes out and squashes him and Obito.

-In S2, :lol @ SM Naruto w/ Rikudo's power blitzing Dual Rinnegan Madara. EMS Sasuke can track Juubi Jins. Madara>>Sasuke in every form of speed. SM Naruto w/ Rikudo's power and no Bijuu power doesn't even begin to come close to the speed of a JJ. And I'll just ask for an explanation for the bold because it's ridiculous in either scenario.
