Naruto vs Neji REMATCH

I know you guys are probably sick of my threads but this one is about Naruto vs Neji

Naruto can only use techs from Kazekage retrieval arc and neji can only use pre-war techs mainly because he did not show like millions of techs like Naruto did

Im not sure who wud win this rematch

EDIT: only Kazekage retrieval arc so no TBB no KM mode not SM no rasen-shuriken no SUPER MEGA SAGE ART STUFF just shadow clones, rasengan, oodama rasengan and thats pretty much it cuz i doubt that naruto will go on 9 tails rampage against NEJI

he has no choice, kyuubi would come out if he got pushed to far so still naruto

Naruto still wins on account of being too hax, Neji can fight and use Kaiten all he wants against Naruto but when there's 1,000 clones surrounding him each with a rasengan in their hand he's goi to have some difficulty.
