Well I think naruto will win because I don't see nagato being fast enough to respond to naruto's attacks.

Nagato would most likely defeat him. Naruto's main offensive techniques are all countered by Preta path. Gedo Mazo will be difficult for Naruto to stop. If Nagato uses Banshou Tenin then he could finish Naruto with the Human Path. Most of Naruto's clones are kept away by Shinra Tensei.
