Of course Naruto would lose. Naruto always wins by plot no jutsu. And no self-respecting bad guy who is the pseudo-leader of akatsuki would lose to talk no jutsu. If you release Nagato's inhibitors then Naruto would lose. Naruto is naive, gets slapped around, uses the same tactics and he is slower than alot of characters, mentally. Brute force isn't everything.
Actually if you paid attension you would notice that Naruto only started losing when Sage Mode ran out. This happened because Ma and Pa couldn't fuse with him. If he didn't have the 9 tails inside him then he could have fused with them and defeated Pain even if Pain was fighting to kill.
