This plus minato's space time jutsu teleports him whereas naruto just moves extremely fast. But; no matter how fast naruto moves teleporting is still faster.

Minato gets close and he get a rasengan to the face also naruto can make many powerful clones, minato would get overwhelmed, with the power naruto has now he would win this fight with low difficulty

Technically, he is. He's matched his FTG speed definitely, but it's still physical speed. Minato is teleporting, so he has far more potential to travel further. Basically, if it was a short distance, they'd pretty much tie, given Minato placed his seal beforehand. Going to the other side of the world or a very long distance, Minato justs uses FTG and he's there. Naruto is still physically moving all that distance, y'know what I'm sayin'?

And regarding the match-up, I still go with Minato. Naruto's definitely outmatched his father in power, but keep in mind that Minato is one of the wisest and most intelligent shinobi of his generation or even the Leaf's history. Tobi was more POWERFUL than he was, but that didn't stop him from outsmarting and defeating him. I'm sure he could still outsmart Naruto.
