Tsunade herself has a large amount of chakra too. She was able to heal an entire village. Now, in the Gokage vs Madara fight, she continuously healed the others and refilled their chakra. As long as she can heal Kakashi and Guy Konoha will not loose.
But if Naruto kills her the battle is over.

None of them can Defend from Naruto's Faster Attacks. Tsunade also can't be attached to either one of them at all times. Naruto Will Kill Kakashi and Guy with little to no problem. Tsuande is Next.

Also, Cheap way for Naruto to win = Distance himself from the village and use Shin-Bijudama (this can be accomplished by using a BM Kage Bunshin in the Stead of Bee)

That would require her to sit in one of her seal circles and concentrate. Which is probably the postition she'll take like against pain.

But this also Makes her Easy Prey For a Kage Bunshin or some other attack.

Also something i want to point out. Naruto's Rasengan Varaints (Rasegan Riot, Rasengan Planet, Senpo: Chou Oodama Rasengan, ect. ect.) are almost always kill shots. Tsunade's Healing isn't going to be much help. It was more effective during the Pain Arc because Pain's Offensive isn't even in the same league as Naruto's
