Current Naruto? He can make a base clone (aka the form that he came back initially with that pushed back JJ Madara) and laugh as Kisame gets blitzed and one shotted.

The only Naruto that Kisame can beat or have a chance against is Sennin Modo Naruto in the Pein Arc. Naruto with War Arc feats beats Kisame as well.
