Naruto still cannot use sage mode in 1 on 1 fights so it would make things harder since semehada can absorb so much chakra so quickly. But with Narutos speed he should be able to kill Kisame instantly before he or semehada can even react, seeing as he was able to devastate him the first time when he had much less control over fox mode.

your forgeting about Plot No jutsu

screw that right now, current naruto with kyuubi mode and sage mode vs kisame with samehada.

Kisame will take away his kyuubi mode then he´ll try sage mode and by then kisame does the water-dome fused with samehada, Naruto is finished, no way out, kisame is faster and can just pwn him, even if he don´t die, he´ll eventually run out of breath so there!
