Kinshiki obliterates Base Naruto, and he kills cloaked Naruto. Sasuke can keep up with cloaked Naruto in close combat whereas Kinshiki defeated him in close combat and forced him to use Ameno to escape. The same exact thing happens to Naruto when he engages Kinshiki, except he doesn't have Ameno to block his attack nor does he have his Avatar to tank or his Ninjutsu to overpower it. He gets his head taken off or he gets split in half.
